Call our Claims Team on 0430230283  to speak with a claims officer.

Prevent further damage where safe to do so (temporary repairs, stop leaks).

Preserve evidence: keep damaged items, take photos/videos, and avoid permanent disposal until advised.

Notify us promptly to avoid delays in cover or recovery.

  • Policy number and named insured.
  • Date, time and location of the incident.
  • Brief description of what happened.
  • Photos or video of damage or loss.
  • Receipts, invoices or proof of ownership for high-value items.

  • Acknowledgement within 1 business day.
  • Assigned claims officer who will be your point of contact.
  • Initial assessment and list of immediate steps (temporary repairs, documentation).
  • Estimate and repair process coordination with approved suppliers when applicable.
  • Final settlement or repair authorisation following insurer approval.
